Necklace recreation for 21st-anniversary gift
I recently contacted the team at the store to ask for help recreating a lost necklace that meant a lot to my wife. At first, I was overwhelmed by the process, but thanks to the amazing support of the staff, especially a woman named Sanaz, the whole experience turned out to be incredible. Sanaz showed a level of dedication and attention to detail that went beyond my expectations. She was fully committed to helping me bring my idea to life and was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. Because of her and the rest of the team, I was able to recreate the necklace, which symbolized important life events and brought back a special piece of my wife's past that she had really missed. The joy and happiness on my wife's face when she got the necklace were priceless, and it was all thanks to the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the team. Sanaz's kindness and professionalism have had a lasting impact on me, and my wife and I will always be grateful for her help in recreating such a valuable piece of jewelry.
Sterling silver chain
My silver chain broke a few months after I bought it, which was disappointing. But I have to say, the customer service I got from the company was top-notch. I reached out to them about the issue and got a quick reply the same day. They arranged for the chain to be picked up for inspection and replacement right away. Even though it sucked that the chain broke so soon, the customer service team's efficiency and professionalism made up for it. I gotta give a big shoutout to Sanaz from the customer service team - she was super helpful, kept me in the loop through the whole process, and made sure everything went smoothly.
I bought a gift for my mom.
I wasn't sure what to get my mom for her birthday, so I decided to check out this awesome website I found online. The folks there were super friendly and helped me choose the perfect gift for her. The package arrived really fast and my mom absolutely adored it! Honestly, this has got to be the best online shopping experience I've ever had.
Earring replacement
I got this really pretty earring, but it broke and I lost it. I sent an email about it, and they were so nice and sent me a replacement right away. The lady at the shop was super kind and patient, even though it was during lockdown. I was really happy and surprised by how fast and helpful they were!
Bracelet purchase
I bought a bracelet from that store back in November. But man, was I ever let down by how crappy it was! The thing was put together so badly that it kept snagging on my clothes, and after just two months, the clasp gave out and I lost it. It made me feel like I threw my money away on a total dud.
Uncomfortable earrings
I've bought a few things from this store because I really like their designs. But, the other day, I got a pair of earrings with a hook for a pendant and they are super uncomfortable to wear. When I tried to get some help at the store, the salesperson kept saying I was wrong about the earrings being uncomfortable. So, I contacted customer service and they admitted that the hook makes it hard for your ear lobe, but said it shouldn't affect how comfortable they are to wear. In reality, these earrings are so uncomfortable that I can only have them on for a short time before I need to take them off. The post isn't long enough to fit the hook and my ear lobe, which leaves marks and hurts. They offered to change the post, but wanted me to pay for it, which was disappointing because the earrings were already expensive.
Charm purchase
These products are terrible! I've had so many issues with them. The bracelet I bought keeps breaking, and now the charm I spent over $5000 on won't stay in place because the clasp doesn't work at all. Such a waste of money!
Overpriced jewelry
I saw their jewelry and thought it looked really nice, but it turns out it's just for show and breaks easily. I wish I had read the bad reviews before I bought some pieces. I thought they would last a long time, but they fell apart quickly and needed fixing all the time. The quality is so bad and definitely not worth the high prices. When I checked them out online, I saw so many complaints about repairs, so it's clear that I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone, find somewhere else that really cares about customers and sells durable jewelry that won't cost a fortune.
Flower pendant repair
Recently, I had a pretty bad experience getting a repair done at this place. The little flower charm on my chain fell off, so I brought it in to the store for fixing. I clearly explained what was wrong, saying that the flower had come off the chain while I had it. However, when I went back to pick it up after the repair, they told me there was nothing wrong and they only cleaned it. I was surprised by this and couldn't discuss it further with the repair team. Now I'm worried about wearing the pendant again, thinking it might fall off once more and be gone forever.
