Uncomfortable earrings
I've bought a few things from this store because I really like their designs. But, the other day, I got a pair of earrings with a hook for a pendant and they are super uncomfortable to wear. When I tried to get some help at the store, the salesperson kept saying I was wrong about the earrings being uncomfortable. So, I contacted customer service and they admitted that the hook makes it hard for your ear lobe, but said it shouldn't affect how comfortable they are to wear. In reality, these earrings are so uncomfortable that I can only have them on for a short time before I need to take them off. The post isn't long enough to fit the hook and my ear lobe, which leaves marks and hurts. They offered to change the post, but wanted me to pay for it, which was disappointing because the earrings were already expensive.
