Returns & RefundsOh my gosh, I just can't deal with this store anymore! I ordered this really cute shirt online, but it came ripped so I returned it. They ended up charging me extra and claimed they never received my refund! I even sent them proof and everything, but they still messed up my credit card bill.

Returns & RefundsI had a really bad experience at that place. Returning things was a total nightmare, and talking to their customer service was so annoying. Even after showing them proof that my stuff was delivered, it took them forever to give me my money back. It seems like they're purposely taking forever to give refunds so they can make more money off of us. Honestly, it feels like a total scam.

Returns & RefundsThe customer service at this store is just terrible, eh. I had to return some stuff from a couple of orders, and even though everything fit in one bag, they still charged me $8.95 for a return label for each item. It's completely ridiculous and they obviously don't care about keeping their customers happy, eh. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else from now on.
