I recently bought a stereo microscope from this company and let me tell you, the customer service has been really disappointing. It's like the staff there don't know what they're doing and aren't able to help with any problems or concerns customers might have. They keep asking for the same info I've already given them, and then make me jump through hoops that feel like a waste of time. And in the end, they just ask for the same info all over again. It's frustrating and takes up so much time.

I just bought a kid's microscope from this website. But oh boy, ran into some trouble with their online payment setup. Even though their checkout page said they take debit cards, turns out they only take credit cards, PayPal, or wire transfers. Not cool. Had to follow up on my order after waiting for two whole weeks. Luckily, I managed to get a refund just in time for Christmas. Whew!

She sorted everything out quickly and made sure I got my refund without any hassle. I can't say enough good things about this company - their customer service is really something special.
