CommunicationI recently bought a bunch of top-notch microscopes for my lab from this online store. The microscopes themselves are amazing and really stepped up our research game. But man, the service from the company was a huge let-down. My order took forever to process, and even after emailing them a bunch of times, I never got a single response. It was super annoying to find out from the shipping company that my order got sent back to the store with no heads-up. This ended up delaying things a lot and costing me time and money. The lack of communication and customer service was just not cool, and honestly, it left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down.
