CheckoutI just ordered a new accessory for my microscope and it was a complete disaster. Every time I tried to check out, it kept saying my card was declined and the order wouldn't go through. I tried again and again, but the same thing happened. So annoying! When I checked my mobile banking app, I saw that they actually charged me twice! I feel like I've been totally ripped off and now I have to go through the whole process of contacting my bank to fix it. I don't really trust that the company will be any help, especially after reading other people's reviews.

CheckoutI just bought a kid's microscope from this website. But oh boy, ran into some trouble with their online payment setup. Even though their checkout page said they take debit cards, turns out they only take credit cards, PayPal, or wire transfers. Not cool. Had to follow up on my order after waiting for two whole weeks. Luckily, I managed to get a refund just in time for Christmas. Whew!
