Returns & RefundsI first saw these on my lab's Slack — someone spotted a deal, so I ordered five microscopes in April for a small teaching set. At first they seemed fine, but the optics were off and a couple of knobs were loose. I tried to return them. After a couple of weeks of emails and phone calls they finally gave me a return number and paperwork. I sent everything back mid‑May and then waited for a refund. Crickets. I emailed again, left voicemails, used their online form. No reply. My bank started a chargeback and suddenly the company called asking me to cancel it because they'd refund immediately. I told a colleague to steer clear. I’m still annoyed — felt like I had to chase them the whole time.
