Black Dress
The black dress I bought turned out to be pretty similar to the one I already had. I was kinda let down since I was expecting something more unique. I really wish it had lived up to my expectations.
Delayed order shipment
I just ordered something from this company and I thought it would come pretty quickly like most online orders. But, it actually took them 10 whole days just to send it out! Now I'm worried it's gonna take forever for me to get my stuff, like almost a month. It's not cool, especially since this company is in the US. I could have just ordered similar things from another country and got them faster. Honestly, I might not buy from them again after this experience.
Refund for misdelivery
I had a really frustrating experience with the company recently. They ended up refunding my whole order because it got sent to the wrong place. They even gave me back some money for another order that got messed up too. The package had the wrong address on it, so 9 pairs of pants got refunded without me knowing beforehand. The customer service was awful through it all, no communication or updates at all.
Horrible experience
This company is such a scam, eh. The clothes are garbage quality and fit like a sack of potatoes. Dealing with their return process is an absolute nightmare - if you use their return label, good luck ever seeing your package again, eh. I've been trying to get my money back for a whole month now, and they can't seem to make up their minds about whether they got my return or not. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company, eh. Stick to the bigger, more trustworthy stores where your cash is actually safe, eh.
Clothing order and return for exchange.
I recently got some clothes from your store, but it didn't fit right so I had to send them back. I wanted to exchange them because I already paid for faster shipping, but there were really long delays with processing my return and then cancelling the order. So I just ended up making a new order. Even though the money for the new order was taken out of my account quickly, I still haven't gotten a refund for the first purchase after three weeks. The customer service people have been telling me different things about how the refund will be done, with one saying it would go back on my card and another saying it would be sent by mail, which has been really confusing and annoying. It's frustrating that your company can take money from customers right away, but struggles to give refunds quickly.
Tall women's pants order
I don't understand why people are giving negative reviews about this company. In my experience, they have been amazing! Being a tall woman at 6'1" and wearing a size 10, finding pants that fit just right has always been hard for me - until I found this company. Their quality is exceptional and the fit is perfect, which is why I keep coming back. I haven't had to return anything, but I'm sure their return policy is great too based on the quality. Shipping to Ohio usually takes around 4-5 days, which is pretty reasonable.
Exchange Process
I had a really frustrating experience trying to exchange my jeans at this store. There was a lack of communication between departments, which made my return and order process a complete mess. I returned the jeans for an exchange and ordered a new pair, but they didn't process my order correctly. Instead of letting me know about an issue with my credit card, they just left it hanging. When I noticed my order wasn't moving along, I emailed customer service. The response was all over the place, with different people giving conflicting info. One said my card was declined, when all I wanted was a refund for my original order. Despite me asking multiple times, they just didn't get it and kept offering partial refunds instead. To top it off, I got charged for sending back the faulty jeans. I really hope this store can train their staff better to avoid this happening again.

My recent experience with this company's customer service has been really frustrating, eh. I tried contacting them through email and phone several times, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's disappointing to see such poor communication from a company that I trusted with my purchase. I suggest others look into different options for their shopping needs to avoid the same hassle that I've been dealing with, eh.
Gift card issues
I've been having a lot of trouble using this gift card for the past year and a half. No matter how many times I try, whether it's online or calling customer service, the gift card system is always down. It's been so frustrating not being able to buy anything or even get my money back. I used to love this company's service, but this situation is just not okay.
Delayed shipment
I bought something a while ago and still haven't got it. It's annoying not knowing what's going on with my order after waiting for weeks. I emailed but got no response. When I called customer service, they were no help and wouldn't give me a clear answer. In the end, I had to cancel my order out of frustration. Good thing I paid with PayPal, I'd be mad if I paid for something and never got it.
End of-year sale purchase
I ordered 3 pairs of dress pants and a shirt during the end of the year sale, eh. It's been more than a month now and I still haven't got my order, you know. I contacted customer service and they said that all orders are delayed because they're moving warehouses. I'm not happy about this at all, eh! I need those pants for work and the lack of updates and delay is really annoying, you know.
