Returns & RefundsSo basically, I ordered something and they were like "oops sorry cancelled" three freakin' times! And their customer service is absolute garbage, I mean it takes ages to get a refund, like 6 whole weeks, can you believe it? And apparently they used to be good with customer service, but now it's like it doesn't even exist. Honestly, maybe it's for the best though because I hear their products aren't even that great anymore, so like, see ya later!

Returns & RefundsI used to really like this company, but my last interaction with them left a bad taste in my mouth. They hit me with unexpected fees and their customer service was seriously lacking. Their website didn't give me all the info I needed on restocking fees and I never got my shipping fee refunded after returning an item. To top it off, I couldn't even swap out my item for the right size. I'm pretty bummed out and won't be shopping with them again.

Returns & RefundsI bought some shoes online not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The shoes were all scuffed up and looked like they had been worn before. So I sent them back right away and was really bummed out by the lack of care in their products. And it didn't stop there - the customer service I got was just as bad. Even though Fedex got my return, it's been over 4 weeks and I still haven't seen my refund. The lack of communication and help from customer service has left me super frustrated with the whole thing.

Returns & RefundsI bought some shoes online, but they showed up in the wrong size. So, I sent them back through Fed Ex to swap for the right size. The thing is, they said they wouldn't do a direct exchange, but only offer me store credit for a future purchase. So, I had to buy the correct size again and got charged once more. When I asked about a refund for the first pair, they said it would only take 1-2 days. But then, I was told via email that it would actually take 12-15 days. Every time I call them, it seems like the wait time just gets longer because nobody picks up. I shot them another email, mentioning that I'll have my credit card company stop the payment if they don't sort this out.

Returns & RefundsI bought these shoes for $400 and after just 3 months, they started falling apart. I reached out to customer service, they made me send the shoes back, and then I had to wait 8 weeks for an update. They eventually admitted they were faulty but only offered me a credit that wouldn't even cover the cost of new shoes. That's not cool for a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. I'm really let down by the way they handled this and I won't be giving them my business ever again.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought a pair of shoes with rubber soles from this company. Unfortunately, after a while, the rubber sole started coming off of the leather near the toe. There is now a visible gap between the rubber and leather that doesn't look good at all. This has never happened with any other shoes I've gotten from them before. I got in touch with customer service and sent the shoes back for them to check out. After waiting for more than six weeks, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the shoes because the stitching was still fine, even though the rubber was coming off. I am really disappointed with this whole situation and it's making me question how well they are checking the quality of their products. It's a shame to see a company with such a good reputation deliver something that doesn't meet expectations.

Returns & RefundsI just bought a fancy pair of shoes that I was super excited about because of the big Black Friday sale. But when they finally arrived, I was so let down to see that they looked like they'd been worn already and the boxes were all messed up. It felt unprofessional and kinda rude to send out stuff like that to customers. I had to wait forever on the phone just to talk to someone about returning them, which was such a pain and took way too long.
