The shoes I bought from that company recently were such a disappointment. The quality has gone downhill in the past few years. The leather they use isn't as nice as it used to be, and now they're using cheaper shoelaces instead of the wax ones on the fancy shoes. I reached out to customer service to tell them how I felt, and all they said was "sorry, we'll pass it on to the folks in manufacturing."

I just bought a pair of shoes from this store during the pandemic, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how they look and feel. The quality and style are top-notch! Yeah, there were some shipping delays, but I get it - times are tough right now. I'd suggest going with regular shipping instead of the faster option to sidestep any annoyances. And hey, if your package is MIA, don't blame the store - it's all on the shipping company. Despite all that, I'm pleased with my purchase and will definitely be back to shop here again.

This is ridiculous, the quality control on these boots is just terrible. I bought a pair and the tongue was way too wide, causing a huge dent in the top of the boot. I returned them and got another pair, but they had the same issue. Clearly someone in the factory needs to figure out how to make boots properly!

I can't even deal with these shoes, seriously. The leather is just not that great compared to my other shoes. And let's not even go there with the customer service, like ugh.
