DeliveryI just bought some shoes online and chose the 2-day delivery, but they showed up a day late. And to top it off, when I opened the boxes, one was empty and the other only had one shoe inside. I was pretty disappointed with how they packed my order, didn't pay much attention to detail.

DeliveryI just shelled out some extra dough for express shipping, with them promising that I'd get my order within 1-2 business days. But, when day 3 rolled around and still no package, I had to give customer service a shout to see what's going on. They told me it won't even ship until the next day. Not exactly what I had in mind when I signed up for express delivery. Feeling majorly disappointed in the lack of efficiency and professionalism from this company. I was really counting on having my outfit in time for a big event, but now it's looking pretty unlikely thanks to this delay.
