I bought this bag accessory from the store and I gotta say, the customer service was amazing. I later lost the accessory that came with the bag, so I contacted customer support to see about buying a replacement. They got back to me super quickly and were really helpful. The person I talked to, Gillian, went out of their way to help me out. They not only talked to the manufacturing team but also arranged for a new accessory to be sent to me for free. I was really impressed by how efficient and caring the customer service team at this store was.

I was really bummed about my order being delayed, but thank goodness I got some amazing help from this guy named Alex in customer service. He really paid attention and went out of his way to make sure my order got shipped ASAP. Even though I had heard some bad things about their customer service before, Alex's great attitude and quick work have totally won me over as a customer for life.
