PriceWell, my recent experience with this store wasn't all that great. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, but their customer service really let me down this time. I found a pair of jeans on sale at other stores and asked if they could match the price. They said yes in an email, so I called to place my order right away. However, the rep put me on hold a bunch of times, played some terrible hold music, and then changed their mind. They said they thought I was talking about different jeans, even though I made it clear which ones I wanted. I tried to push for the lower price since it was available elsewhere, but no luck. This whole thing left me really frustrated and like they didn't value me as a customer.

PriceI was so bummed out by my visit to this store, man. The prices for the clothes were way too high, and the quality was just not up to par. I had to bring back everything I bought because it was all poorly made. Plus, the customer service was no help at all, just plain frustrating. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone go shopping there.
