DeliveryI bought some really nice clothes from them, but ordering off their website was just not a great experience. My orders were always late, and sometimes they would even get cancelled but still end up shipping anyways. Returns took forever, the stock status was always wrong, and even though the customer service was friendly, they couldn't really solve any problems. It was definitely frustrating, for sure.
