CommunicationThe customer service at this store is pretty bad. I bought some stuff from their sale and had a bunch of problems. They couldn't handle the orders properly, so things got delayed and mixed up. Plus, their communication was not great - I didn't even get an order confirmation and their email replies took forever. Trying to call them was a nightmare, which just made my shopping experience even more frustrating.

CommunicationOh my gosh, it's so frustrating! I ordered a sweatshirt and a beanie from them, but can you believe it? They only sent me the beanie and the sweatshirt got cancelled. I was like, seriously? So, I decided to give it another shot. I ordered another sweatshirt a week later, checked the website and it said it was in stock. But nope, they cancelled my order AGAIN without giving me any heads up. It's just so irritating!
