I actually paused mid-rant when an email popped up. I’d paid almost $300 and after bad experiences before I was ready to start a dispute with my bank. That moment when they confirmed it — I was genuinely relieved and pretty thankful it ended up working out.

They offered $18 back and a 10% code, then went quiet after a week and I never got the refund. So my doubts not only stayed, they got worse. Not completely hopeless — quality is alright — but don’t rely on their support.
