Halfway through checkout I froze — picked the wrong size for a custom football jersey, classic move. I almost cancelled within minutes, filled out the contact form and waited, thinking, okay, should be simple. Reply came back saying nothing could be done after payment; I pointed out payment wasn't even taken yet, still pending, but the reply was basically radio silence. So my doubts before buying—about ordering the right size and getting any human help—didn't exactly vanish. The jersey finally arrived, fabric is decent and I wear it to every weekend game-watching session, so product-wise I'm happy, even a bit smug. But customer service? Still sketchy. Not sure I'll order again though.
