Felt stranded with my order
DeliveryOrdered a pair of shoes and the site said it was fulfilled, but the courier never received them. Customer support pretty much ghosted me — no replies, no updates, just silence (kept checking my inbox, hoping for news). I’ve had better luck with other online stores, so this was a surprise. The website itself was fine, but being charged for something that didn’t ship and zero follow-up? Yeah, not great.
