Two shirts, one long story
Two shirts, one long story
Returns & RefundsStanding in the living room with the shirts finally out of the bag — that moment made the annoying month of back-and-forth worth it. I'd ordered two custom shirts to mark twenty years supporting the club; needed something that still felt right, comfortable and not stiff like the old ones. The fabric is soft, fits surprisingly well, and the print hasn’t cracked after a few washes. Service was a bit messy at first, I chased a refund and a return and got mixed messages, which was frustrating, but the team did sort it out in the end. Glad I stuck with it — proud to wear them, a little worn-in already in the best way.
Partial refund, no gift

Returns & Refundsit didn’t go well, they cancelled my order and I only got part of the money back, but at least a refund arrived. I ordered about a week before a birthday. Checkout seemed normal. Then a week later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to suspected fraud and that my payment had been refunded. Trouble is the refund was less than I paid: I paid €332 (about 3,898 SEK) and only got 3,735 SEK back. Ended up giftless and out some cash. Not great, but I’m relieved something came through.
Gift gone wrong, decent jersey otherwise

Returns & RefundsI first heard about the site from a friend who swore by their shirts, so I gave it a shot even though I was wary about ordering a custom name — custom stuff can be hit or miss. I ordered a RONALDINHO jersey as a gift. It arrived with the name spelled RONALIDNO. The fabric and print looked fine, stitching okay, so the product itself wasn't trash, but the personalization ruined it for the person I bought it for. I asked customer service to fix it. They offered $18 back and a 10% code, then went quiet after a week and I never got the refund. So my doubts not only stayed, they got worse. Not completely hopeless — quality is alright — but don’t rely on their support.

Returns & Refundsdouble-check the size immediately and be ready to fight for the refund. Mildly annoyed, but relieved it didn’t drag on forever.

PriceI wouldn't trust the advertised cart price — that was my takeaway after this order. I put about €150 of stuff in the basket, paid online, and the site even said shipping was free. At checkout every item suddenly jumped by €3–€4, so the bill climbed by roughly €20, then they still charged about €10 for shipping. In the end I paid near €30 more than expected. I tried emailing the address on the site and it bounced; the general contact didn't answer either. I really wanted the gear, so it felt like a loss all around — a wasted purchase or a hassle to cancel. If you order, screenshot your cart and double-check totals, and maybe use a payment method that lets you dispute charges.

CheckoutHalfway through checkout I froze — picked the wrong size for a custom football jersey, classic move. I almost cancelled within minutes, filled out the contact form and waited, thinking, okay, should be simple. Reply came back saying nothing could be done after payment; I pointed out payment wasn't even taken yet, still pending, but the reply was basically radio silence. So my doubts before buying—about ordering the right size and getting any human help—didn't exactly vanish. The jersey finally arrived, fabric is decent and I wear it to every weekend game-watching session, so product-wise I'm happy, even a bit smug. But customer service? Still sketchy. Not sure I'll order again though.
