Standing in the living room with the shirts finally out of the bag — that moment made the annoying month of back-and-forth worth it. I'd ordered two custom shirts to mark twenty years supporting the club; needed something that still felt right, comfortable and not stiff like the old ones. If you order, screenshot your cart and double-check totals, and maybe use a payment method that lets you dispute charges.

Reply came back saying nothing could be done after payment; I pointed out payment wasn't even taken yet, still pending, but the reply was basically radio silence. The jersey finally arrived, fabric is decent and I wear it to every weekend game-watching session, so product-wise I'm happy, even a bit smug. But customer service? Still sketchy. Not sure I'll order again though.
