RAC van insurance - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this van insurance provider was amazing! One time, we were on our way to a wedding in Shropshire when our van broke down because of an engine problem. The groom accidentally dropped his oil cap inside the engine, causing a big delay in our trip. Luckily, the service provider showed up within 20 minutes and fixed the issue quickly. Thanks to them, we were able to get back on the road and make it to the wedding on time. I was really impressed by their fast and effective service - they totally saved the day for us!

I just had to use my breakdown cover for the first time and I was really impressed with the service I received. Even though it was a long weekend, Duncan, the representative, did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of and brought back home quickly. He was really nice, professional, and super helpful the whole time. The recovery was done by ALS Recovery in Carlisle, and Brad was the one who helped me out. His friendly and calm attitude made the ride back home a lot better. I am so thankful for the amazing service I got from everyone involved.

My car broke down on a Sunday evening, and I was freaking out. I called for emergency roadside assistance, and they were so quick to respond. The technician showed up within the hour, figured out that my starter motor was shot, and got my car running again. He even followed me to the nearest garage to leave my car for repairs the next day. The RAC Officer was super nice and helpful the whole time. I was really impressed with how fast and good the service was. I would definitely recommend them!
