I've used the virtual doctor's appointment service twice now and I gotta say, it was really great. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same doctor both times, which was super convenient. The doctor was really nice and friendly, and they took care of my issue quickly. I liked that I could choose my own pharmacy afterwards, making everything even easier. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy without any problems both times. Even though I have a family doctor, I'll keep using this service for minor walk-in type issues when I need to.

I recently had a really urgent need for a prescription for a UTI, and I decided to try out an online platform to skip the long waits at local clinics or emergency rooms. When I logged in, I chatted with a doctor through text in just 7 minutes, and they sent the prescription to my nearby pharmacy in 10 minutes. It was a lifesaver! It saved me so much time and got me the treatment I needed right away. It cost me about $70, a bit more than I would have paid at a regular clinic, but considering how quick and easy it was, I think it was worth it. I do realize though, that not everyone can afford this service since you have to pay each time you use it.

Overall, I was really impressed by how fast and simple it was, and I'd definitely consider using it again for any urgent medical needs.

It was actually helpful because he knew what he was doing. He sent my prescription to the pharmacy I prefer so quickly. The whole process was so efficient and the doctor was really professional!

So, yeah, I needed to see a doctor pretty quick, so I turned to Maple. I've used Maple before, back in the day from 2019 to 2021. I thought, great, I can see a doctor in under 5 minutes, so I filled out all my deets and paid up. But then bam, turns out I gotta do an intake appointment first, and the earliest slot was 3 days away. Like, what? That wasn't clear before I paid, kinda shady if you ask me. Usually, I've had good experiences with Maple, but this last move left me feeling iffy. I usually recommend them, but now I might think twice.

The 6 digite passe code you choose is only working for 1 consultation then if you go back 2 week later the code not working and you have to register with email but your email password is not valide then you have to reset password again it like that every time I visite the app
