ServiceI had a really tough time talking to the customer service people at this online shop. Even though I mentioned their Amazon payment policy and return options, they weren't helpful at all and didn't try to fix my problem. It was frustrating how they didn't seem to get it or want to help out, and it definitely didn't leave a good impression on me. I won't be buying anything from this store again.

ServiceI grabbed four awesome coffee mugs that had the absolute best designs, but the handle on one of them ended up falling off after just a few uses. I decided to contact the company for assistance, but they were super rude and not helpful at all. I attempted to glue the handle back on myself, but seriously, $25 for a mug and not even a simple apology? Not impressed, definitely not cool.
