App & PortalSo, I hopped on this platform not too long ago and put in a bunch of work to build up my portfolio with over 600 fresh designs. But here's the kicker - my new designs just aren't flying off the shelves like my old ones from five years back. And let me tell ya, this website is no walk in the park to navigate. The tiny, blurry mockups make it tough for folks to really see what they're buying. On top of that, there's some not-so-great artists peddling subpar images on cheap Chinese products. As an artist, it's pretty darn frustrating to see the new stuff get left in the dust. The customer service folks are nice enough, but they don't seem to be all that jazzed about hearing us artists out. Plus, I can't help but notice a bit of favoritism towards certain types of people when it comes to promoting artwork, which just rubs me the wrong way as a white guy putting my heart into this. All in all, my time on this platform has been less than stellar, and I'm starting to think about packing my bags because of it.
