ReliabilityI've bought stuff from this company a few times before and never had any problems until my last order. Unfortunately, only one of the two items I ordered this time showed up, and I couldn't follow up within the 30-day window because I live abroad and only come back to the country twice a year. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't very understanding or open to discussing other options, so now they've lost me as a customer.
