ServiceI'm really let down by the service from this company. They totally dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. The dispatch date was missed and it took them days to get back to me when I reached out. It's so frustrating to shell out money for a service and not even get basic communication. I should've checked the reviews before buying, that's for sure.

ServiceIn my experience, the service at this company has been really disappointing. A few weeks back, I tried to order a free hard copy of a textbook for a new class I was teaching. I asked for the book to be sent to my home address during the summer. However, when the package arrived, Routledge also put my college address on the label, which caused confusion and the package got sent back. The customer service reps knew about the issue, but couldn't fix it. I tried multiple times to sort it out, but got nowhere. This lack of efficiency and responsibility is not okay, especially since I've never had problems like this with other publishers in my 15 years as a teacher. In the end, I had to buy the textbook from somewhere else, which messed up our budget and made me really frustrated.

ServiceI had to quickly mention how amazing the customer service is at this place! They seriously went above and beyond to help me with everything and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It's so great to see people who truly care about their customers like that.
