I recently bought a textbook and some extra stuff from this company, and let me tell you, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service. When I had trouble accessing my resources, I was basically on my own with no help right away. Not having a phone number to call just made things worse because I had to rely on emails only. Even after sending a bunch of emails and a screenshot like they asked for, my problem still isn't fixed after more than a week. Waiting this long has made it really hard for me to study for my final exam, and I'm super frustrated and disappointed that they don't seem to care about fixing customer problems quickly.

I bought an ebook from this company not too long ago, but ran into some trouble trying to get access to it. I reached out to their customer service for help, and they pointed me to this other company called Vitalsource. They were supposed to assist me with my problem, but I couldn't even set up an account with them because of their strict cookie policy. It was super annoying and just made things more difficult. All in all, I was pretty unimpressed with how everything turned out.

I recently ordered a book, eh, but it never showed up, eh. I tried to log into my account to track the package, but I had some trouble with the technology, eh, so I couldn't get in. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but they never got back to me, eh. It was really frustrating and disappointing not being able to get any help or info about my order, eh.
