Relieved when support finally fixed the app.

support actually replied within two days and sorted a billing mix-up (surprised me). So yeah, still skeptical — the rest feels toxic — but that customer service moment tipped me from pure hate to grudging respect. If you're trying it, set strict time limits. Don't expect miracles though.

Even though the gameplay is fun, dealing with the customer support from Plarium has been a total letdown. They just don't seem to get how important their customers are. The lack of proper support means my game issues aren't getting fixed, and instead of updates, they just keep pushing out new stuff you have to pay for.

I started playing Lost Island Adventures not long ago and I really enjoyed it. I thought it would be fun to put some money into buying things in the game to make it even better. I spent quite a bit on getting upgrades, jewels, and other stuff to help me progress. Everything was going great until one day, after not playing for a few months, I logged in and saw that all my progress and purchases were gone. I had kept everything organized so it was a real shock to see it all disappear. I contacted customer support, hoping they could help, but sadly they were not helpful at all. It was really disappointing to see that the company wouldn't do anything to fix the situation or make up for what I lost. It's clear that they care more about making money than keeping their customers happy. I've decided to stop playing the game and I'll be careful about buying anything else from them in the future.

I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service team when I was trying to redeem a promo code for a reward. I used the code "GETUDK" back in April but never got the reward I was supposed to. When I contacted Plarium Players Support for help, they kept denying that I had used the code while it was still active. It was frustrating to be told I was wrong when I knew I had done everything right. The lack of responsibility and the unhelpful way they treated me was really disappointing. It seems like they care more about making money than making sure their customers are happy and problems are fixed quickly.
