ReliabilityI started it last month and first impression was solid gameplay and an easy loop. After a week I logged in and my whole RAID progress was reset with no restore — annoying and a bit sad. Still, I keep playing; it’s pretty fun.

ReliabilityI'm really frustrated right now, those guys running this crappy service are making me so mad. Every time I try to play the game, it crashes and I end up losing everything! It's just not fair, it feels like they're ripping me off. Like seriously, who does that? It's so annoying and disappointing.

ReliabilityWar of Clans has been a bit frustrating lately. The game keeps lagging and crashing during important events like Jotenheim and Hero Key Events. Even the Fury Events are affected, with marches lagging, points not counting, and towers disappearing for all clans. Players have been complaining, but the company hasn't really done much to fix the problems or make up for it. It's really discouraging to have constant technical issues and not feel like the company cares about their players.
