CommunicationWas using the bundles for daily uploads and tracking small expenses. Delivery arrived on time but support wouldn't send a list of my transactions or what was in each bundle. Pretty frustrating, left me hanging.

CommunicationAs someone who has put a lot of time and money into this game, I gotta say, my experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. The game is fun and all, but when it comes to getting help with problems or bugs, reaching out to customer support is a real pain. The lack of communication and support from the team really shows they don't care much about us players. It's a shame that a company making great games doesn't seem to care about giving good customer service.
