Convenient at-home fitness
Obe has been a game-changer for me and my crazy schedule. I love that I can switch things up with different workouts like Barre, Dance, and Pilates. The live classes and replays are awesome, especially with the cool music choices. Their customer support team and engineers have been really helpful whenever I've had any issues with the mobile platform. Thanks to Obe, I feel healthier, stronger, and more on top of my fitness game.
Subscription service experience
Unsubscribing from this subscription service was a real pain. The videos they had were pretty disappointing and didn't meet my expectations at all. If you're thinking of signing up, be ready to commit for the long haul because getting out of it was not easy at all.

hard to cancel subscription
So, y'know, I signed up for this thing thinkin' it would be easy to cancel if I didn't like it. But turns out, you can ONLY cancel through talkin' on the phone. And like, the numbers are super hard to find and when you finally get through, the customer service peeps make it really difficult to cancel. It feels like they're targetin' folks with disabilities and anxiety who rely on online stuff. Not cool, dude.
Year-long subscription
This company is a total scam, eh? I signed up for a year-long subscription and right away I knew it was a mistake, eh. When I tried to cancel, I couldn't even get through to anyone on the phone, even during their so-called hours of operation, eh. They cut off my account access at the end of the subscription period, even though they couldn't bill me because my card had expired, eh. When I tried to cancel through email, they first said okay but then they started asking for a "past due balance" that I definitely don't owe since I haven't been able to use the service, eh. This company threatens to send customers to collections if they don't pay up, even though they're not providing the service, eh. That's just not right, eh. Keep your distance from this company if you care about your time and money, for sure.
