SpeedThe screening process I went through was good and thorough. The staff were really nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable all the way through. But, I did notice that there was a lot of waiting. Even though I got there 20 minutes early for my tests, I had to wait for over an hour to actually start. And there was always more waiting in between tests, which I thought was kind of a waste of time.

SpeedI was really happy with the service I got at my recent appointment for testing. I showed up early, hoping I could get in earlier than my scheduled time because I had a meeting to go to. The person at the front desk totally got it and was able to fit me in. I was seen pretty quickly and made it to my meeting on time. The staff was super nice and helpful the whole time, which made the whole experience so much better.
