When I got there, checking in was a bit confusing. It would have been easier if someone had shown me where to go instead of just telling me to sit down. It would have been friendlier if the staff had said hi and told me what to do.

The staff did a great job during my screening appointment, they were quick and efficient. But I was a bit let down by the customer service rep I spoke to before the appointment, they didn't seem to know too much. Even so, I was happy with the service overall and with the results I got in the end.

I had such a great time getting my tests done at this place. The people there were all so nice and made me feel really comfortable. They even listened to all my worries and took really good care of me. I had such a great experience with my tests this year. Thanks a lot!

During my recent trip, I gotta say that the folks at the screening facility were pretty darn nice and welcoming. The testing part went by real quick, which was a pleasant surprise since it was my first time there. I wasn't too sure what to expect with the tests, but the staff did a good job explaining everything as we went along. I also really appreciated all the reminders about my appointment, they definitely helped me keep my stuff together. Oh, and even though there was this one grumpy patient who showed up late and caused a fuss, the receptionist handled it like a total pro. Big shoutout to the whole team for their top-notch service, you guys rock!

I was super impressed with the service at this health screening place. The staff greeted me so warmly and really cared about my health issues. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease before moving forward. I liked that they told me my results would be sent to my doctor in 2 weeks if needed, and they also gave me a copy for myself. All in all, I was so happy with the care I got during my visit.

Right from the start, I felt ignored and like I was bothering them. Checking in took way longer than it should have because the employee was too busy chatting on their phone. Everything felt hurried and chaotic, and it made me doubt if the screening was even legitimate. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait longer than I thought. In the end, I left feeling totally unsatisfied and frustrated with the whole thing.

They told me to come early for my appointment, eh? But then I had to wait for the staff to finish eating lunch, not cool, eh?

The folks at the clinic were really nice and professional. The receptionist could have been a bit friendlier, though. Maybe they should consider hiring someone specifically to welcome people.
