CommunicationHey there, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at your facility. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of explanation I received about my blood work results. It seemed like my husband and sister got their results right away and had them explained to them in person, but I was only asked if I wanted mine mailed to me. It's been a while since I had the tests done in early May and I still haven't received anything. Plus, I had trouble accessing my results online because the site didn't recognize my user name. It makes me wonder why I was treated differently by the technician.
