The basket I ordered came in all banged up, but this guy Seve from customer service was amazing. He sorted out a replacement real quick, and I was so thankful for that. Seve's speed and willingness made what could've been a bad situation way better, and I'm really appreciative of his top-notch service. Even though there was a little bump at the start, I'm happy with how everything got sorted out.

I messed up my order and got the hamper sent to my place instead of where it was supposed to go. So, I phoned customer service and was so surprised at how fast and well they fixed things up. They right away sent another hamper to the right spot and arranged to pick up the one that came to me by mistake. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, and I was really impressed. I'll definitely be back to shop again because of this awesome experience.

I just bought a cream tea gift hamper from this company and let me tell you, I was really impressed. From the time I ordered it, the service and assistance I got were amazing.
