TrustI've been a loyal customer of this company for a long time now, eh. But, I've gotta say, I've been pretty disappointed with their customer service lately. Even though I've had good experiences with them in the past, the guidance I've been getting from their reps has been off-base, leading to some serious mistakes on my account. These errors have actually cost me money and have made me less happy with the company. Even though they said they're looking into it, there hasn't been any improvement yet. This kind of service just ain't right and has really made me question my trust in the company, ya know.

Paid for email list but got scammed
TrustGet Response straight up took my money for an email list that I was counting on, but then they pulled the plug on me and refused to give me my money back. Not cool at all. I was looking forward to sending out awesome emails to everyone, but now I'm stuck with nothing - no list, no money. Major disappointment, dude.
