I heard about this platform from a coworker and gave it a shot. At first it froze our newsletters and still billed the organisation for months. Support was slow. Eventually things got fixed and I’m okay with the product, not thrilled though.

after months of back-and-forth I actually saw the last meal-kit charge vanish. I used it for quick weeknight dinners and it was handy, messy boxes sometimes, customer service was slow and annoying, but when it finally ended properly I felt relieved, honestly — still wonky, but fine.

Not worth the headache — buyer beware. I first saw them on Facebook and a coworker tipped me, so I tried it, but they charged my card multiple times (no joke, twice then again) and then expected me to prove it — the irony. Tickets are slow and perfunctory, they reply with one-line answers and then nothing for days. Weirdly, the product itself was fine, actually better than I expected, which is maddening because the billing and support ruin it. Won't risk it again.

When I started dealing with the tech team, things were going well. But gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the higher-ups at the company. The service wasn't what they promised, and it caused a lot of frustration for me. I couldn't even send emails for the first couple of weeks, so the service was pretty much useless. When I asked for a refund or a discount for the next month, they said no. Blazej from the senior management was really stubborn and wouldn't budge on it. Being a new customer, I felt let down by how they treated me and now I'm thinking about looking into other options after this experience.
