GetResponse - Reviews and experiences

I signed up for this email marketing software hoping for the best, but I gotta say, my experience with their customer service was far from good. So get this - I had this spamtrap problem, right? Next thing I know, my account gets shut down out of nowhere and nobody bothered to tell me why. When I tried getting in touch with their support team for help, it was like talking to a brick wall - no response whatsoever. This whole lack of communication had me feeling frustrated and completely stuck, and the worst part is that my business took a hit because of it. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who values reliable customer support.

GetResponse suddenly disabled all of my optin forms because of a ReCaptcha problem, which really messed up my email marketing. I quickly fixed the ReCaptcha issue, but their tech support didn't get back to me for over 12 hours, leaving me hanging. And even when they said they fixed it, I still had trouble and had a hard time getting them to deal with ongoing issues. It's not cool to have such poor communication and support, especially since it's affecting my business and I've been using their service for years. This whole thing has been really frustrating and now I'm on the lookout for other options.
