ReliabilityHalfway through the course I realised I was actually satisfied when the Biography page finally behaved. I was sceptical — persistent tech hiccups and a refund offer felt like a cop-out, after poor experiences with other platforms — but they fixed it soon enough, and I moved on.

ReliabilityI didn’t get the certificate because a required course was pulled. The "Introduction to Watson AI" was gone most of the year, popped up for a couple months with old 2019 material, then vanished again. I emailed support several times and heard nothing — no answers, no refund. The rest of the platform worked okay, videos and quizzes were fine when available, but this gap killed the program. I’ve had worse and better support elsewhere, so it’s usable but frustrating and incomplete.
