Rental option for needed book

I was so happy to find out that we could rent the book my daughter needed. It saved us some cash and we could just give it back after she was finished. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised when the book arrived early, like 2 weeks before the other company's fastest delivery promise. Overall, I'm really happy with the service from this platform.

Just rented a book

Oh man, I got this new book from here and it arrived right on time! Ordering it was a breeze. I'm borrowing it for the entire semester, so I can't comment on the return process yet, but everything has been amazing!

Despite the good prices and fast delivery, I was really disappointed with the customer service at eCampus. I got my order, saw an item was damaged, and reached out to their support team. But instead of being helpful, they gave me unhelpful answers and tacked on extra charges. I felt frustrated and unhappy with how things were handled, lacking transparency and proper customer support.

Rental book delivery issue

So, I ordered a book from eCampus for my rental and things got a bit wonky at the start. The USPS carrier accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place. But when I reached out to him, he was super helpful and cool about it. He managed to track down the book and brought it right to my door later that same day. The way he went above and beyond really lifted my spirits and I was impressed by his dedication to fixing the mistake. I also let eCampus know what went down and they were quick to respond and totally understanding. All in all, even though there was a little bump in the road, I was happy with how both the carrier and eCampus handled things.

Ordered lab manual

I got this lab manual from an online store and it was a real mess, eh! The pages were all messed up, some were missing, and everything was upside down. I tried reaching out to customer service and it was like talking to a brick wall. They just kept going on about how it's "loose leaf" and maybe they'd send me a new one. After bothering them a bunch of times, they finally sent a replacement and it was way better. But honestly, it shouldn't have been that difficult from the get-go, eh!
