I had a really annoying experience with this online book thing that my school bookstore is using now. They were making me pay for stuff that I could already get for free on other sites. They just added the cost to my tuition without even telling me. When I tried to cancel, they tried to scare me and didn't respond quickly. It wasn't until my teacher stepped in that I got it sorted out. This whole thing showed me how sneaky and unfair these types of things can be.

    Inclusive Access Ebook

My ebook was working great for the first part of the semester, eh? But then I ran into this application error which just stopped me from getting into the book. I got in touch with customer service to get some help but even after they promised me it would get fixed, it's been weeks and I still can't access my book, you know? Because of that, my grades have taken a hit. When I asked for a refund, they told me that technically I didn't buy the book from them, so tough luck for me. I really need that book to do well in my classes, so this whole situation has been super frustrating and stressful. If your college does inclusive access programs, it may seem like a good idea, but speaking from my own experience, I'd suggest looking somewhere else for your textbooks to avoid all the headaches and letdowns, eh.
