PriceI had a really annoying experience with this online book thing that my school bookstore is using now. They were making me pay for stuff that I could already get for free on other sites. They just added the cost to my tuition without even telling me. When I tried to cancel, they tried to scare me and didn't respond quickly. It wasn't until my teacher stepped in that I got it sorted out. This whole thing showed me how sneaky and unfair these types of things can be.
