I ordered a textbook from this website not long ago. The book showed up when expected, which was nice. But I was kinda bummed that I didn't get an email with tracking info for my order. I had to sorta track my book using a text with the shipping number, but it would've been easier to have a tracking email.

I recently bought a textbook from this online store and I gotta say, the textbook itself was top-notch. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was fair. But man, let me tell you about the headaches I had with the shipping and customer service. The seller shipped out my order real quick, in just 2 days, so that was cool. But then things started going sideways. I got a tracking number but there were no updates after the initial one saying it was shipped. I had no clue where my package was, if the courier had it, or when it would arrive. When I reached out to customer support, they just told me to deal with the seller. Talk about not having my back. All this lack of communication got me feeling unsure and let down. I've had issues with this courier before, so that just made me even more anxious about the whole thing. So yeah, the textbook was great and the price was right, but the shipping and support side of things were a letdown for sure.
