ReliabilityI recently ordered a bunch of university textbooks online and most of them showed up real quick and in great shape. But, one of the books is now on back order, so it's gonna take a bit longer to get here. It's been a bit of a hassle since the new semester is starting soon, but I'm staying positive that it'll be sent out soon. All in all, I'm happy with the books I got and how easy it was to order them.
