Study solutions
I gotta tell ya, I am so disappointed with the study solutions I got from this website. Every time I turn to them for help, it's like they're not even close to getting it right. I paid for accurate solutions, but all I'm getting are wrong answers full of mistakes. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of money. They don't seem to care about helping students do well at all.
Study materials
Those study materials were so bad, eh. The answers were terrible, hardly ever right. Such a waste of money. And so many questions left hanging. AVOID AVOID AVOID, for real.
Rental book confusion
I really wish I had checked the reviews before buying my book. I thought I was actually purchasing it, but turns out I paid a lot for a rental that I had to pay extra to keep. This company is not upfront and the way they do business is deceiving. I suggest you steer clear of them.
Answers, question response, detailed
This service has a lot of answers ready to go in their database, so it's pretty simple to find solutions to all sorts of questions. I like how fast they reply when I ask something, and the explanations they give really help me understand things. But, I've seen a few wrong answers in there which can throw you off. And sometimes there's more than one answer to a question, which can be confusing and not too consistent. Sometimes the experts might miss a possible answer, so the response might not quite hit the mark.
Recent changes in format
Lately, it looks like Chegg has made some changes to how it works. One big problem I've noticed is that it's harder to search for your questions now. Before, you could see similar questions from others, which was really handy, but now that feature seems to be gone. Instead, you have to pick from the searches they give you or post your question. This new way can be annoying and take up more time, which might result in asking the same questions over and over. Overall, I'm not too happy with the direction Chegg is going in. It seems like it's becoming less user-friendly as time goes on.
Subpar study material
The study material looked good at first, but when I looked closer, I saw it wasn't worth it. The problems were half-finished, and I kept getting alerts about strange stuff happening with my account, making me reset my password again and again. After resetting it four times, I thought it was pretty ridiculous, so I just decided to cancel my account.
Math help
I enjoy figuring out my math problems, but sometimes there are just too many possible answers and it can get pretty confusing.
Homework help
I really appreciate the help I get from this service when I have a ton of homework to do. Sometimes I come across answers that don't really help me, and it's annoying because it wastes my time. It can be pretty frustrating when I'm trying to finish my assignments fast. But when I do get a good answer, it's a huge relief and I learn the material way better.
Chegg Homework Help
I had this thing to help me with my homework and it was such a mess! The answers were totally wrong even though they claimed they were right. And when I wanted my money back, they flat out said no! The customer service was awful and they didn't even care that their answers were completely off!
Help with math homework
I bought some math help, but it wasn't that great. The answers were all wrong, and they didn't even bother explaining how they got them. I tried to get a refund because they said I could, but they flat out said no. The lady I spoke to was so rude, it made me feel dumb. Trust me, it's not worth spending your money there.
Business course materials
As a business student, I gotta say that this service has been a real lifesaver for my online classes. The guides from the experts are super helpful in breaking down those tough concepts. But man, this new update only letting us upload one picture at a time is pretty annoying, especially when I have lots of questions. Also, sometimes I gotta wait over 2 hours for help, and there were even times when I had to wait until the next day.
