ReliabilityI had a really frustrating time trying to cancel a subscription on this online platform. Even though I cancelled it on time, I was still getting charged for months afterwards. It's just not cool that they didn't follow through or take any responsibility for their mistake. Companies really need to respect their customers' choices and take action when needed. In this situation, the platform dropped the ball and it caused me a lot of stress and financial trouble. I want to warn others to be careful when entering their payment details on this site because fixing any mistakes might not be simple.
