Chegg - Reviews and experiences

It's really frustrating, eh? I'm trying to figure out my advanced calculus homework, but my questions keep getting flagged. How is that fair, you know? I just want to understand this stuff; I'm not trying to cheat. It's confusing because I don't know if my questions will get me in trouble. And they're saying I could get suspended if it keeps happening. Like, come on, really? It's not cool at all.

I really like using Chegg because even though you can't just copy the answers, they provide helpful examples. It would be nice if you could copy everything, but it's still a good resource. Also, sometimes the expert answers seem to come from a robot chat which is a bit strange. When you search for similar answers, you can only see a small portion of the question, making it difficult to determine if it's the right one.

I just tried to cancel a subscription linked to my Facebook account, and I had a hard time with customer service. Every time I tried to log in, I got an error message saying "It's not you, it’s us. Please try again later." I kept getting that message for three days straight, making it impossible for me to cancel my subscription.

Lately, it looks like Chegg has made some changes to how it works. One big problem I've noticed is that it's harder to search for your questions now. Before, you could see similar questions from others, which was really handy, but now that feature seems to be gone. Instead, you have to pick from the searches they give you or post your question. This new way can be annoying and take up more time, which might result in asking the same questions over and over. Overall, I'm not too happy with the direction Chegg is going in. It seems like it's becoming less user-friendly as time goes on.

As a business student, I gotta say that this service has been a real lifesaver for my online classes. The guides from the experts are super helpful in breaking down those tough concepts. But man, this new update only letting us upload one picture at a time is pretty annoying, especially when I have lots of questions. Also, sometimes I gotta wait over 2 hours for help, and there were even times when I had to wait until the next day.
