    Netgear Armor protection

    I've been using Netgear Armor protection since May 2020 and it's been really great. It's like having a shield on my devices wherever I go, keeping me safe from all the bad stuff online. I love how Bitfender blocks all those sketchy websites and keeps me away from phishing scams. And when I needed help extending my subscription, their customer service team was so nice and helpful. They solved my issue super fast and made sure I was happy. If you want a product that works great and has awesome customer support, Netgear Armor is the way to go!

    Multi-device software for the family

    Tech support chat

    I was actually quite surprised by how great the tech support chat was. Normally I just get stuck talking to robots, but this time there was a real person on the other end. And not just any person - they were super helpful and really nice. They got back to me right away and walked me through the steps to sort out my computer issues without talking down to me. It was such a relief compared to the usual headache of dealing with customer service.

    Recent software purchase

    After I bought some new software, I ran into a problem where the program decided that good ol' Windows Notepad was actually a virus and kicked it to the curb, leaving me stuck without a text editor on my Windows system. It was pretty annoying, especially since it happened on a bunch of different laptops with a clean Microsoft ISO setup. Turns out it was a mistake, so now I gotta go hunt down a different text editing program.

    Long-term satisfaction with product and service

    Downgraded subscription

    I had to downgrade my subscription from 10 devices to 3, but Bitdefender provided me with fantastic customer service. They really show they care about their customers and they resolve issues super fast. Even though I'm not great with technology, they always send me simple instructions that I can easily follow. I'll definitely stick with this company!

    Virus protection and VPN

    Eh, I gotta confess, eh. I messed up when I bought my virus protection and VPN separately. But, I gave a quick call and chatted with this helpful guy named Andrew from customer service, and he fixed er' up in a jiff. The whole thing went real smooth, eh, and I felt like the services were gonna keep me safe and sound, eh.
