ServiceThe different platforms on the site to learn about my family history were super cool. The info on DNA and how easy it was to navigate really helped me get a better understanding. I can't wait to keep uncovering more about my family's past and sharing it with my family. The quick and top-notch service from the company totally blew me away.

ServiceI had some trouble at first trying to upgrade my account, and I thought it was because I'm not great with tech. But turns out, it was actually a problem with their system. Even though it was frustrating, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service folks - they were always super helpful and patient whenever I needed help. As I was digging around the platform, I was pretty excited to find out that some of my ancestors from Britain helped start up a bunch of towns and cities. Learning this made me feel proud and patriotic, so now I'm spreading the word about Ancestry to all my buddies and family.
About ancestry
Ancestry is an American genealogy company that provides individuals with resources to trace their family history and genetic lineage. Founded in 1983, it began as a publishing company for family history books and genealogical magazine subscriptions. Over the years, Ancestry shifted its business model towards digital services, launching its website in 1996 to offer access to billions of historical records and family trees. The company further expanded its services with the introduction of DNA testing in 2012, allowing users to explore their genetic ancestry and find biological relatives. Ancestry's comprehensive archives include census records, vital records, military records, and more, making it one of the largest sources for genealogical research.
