DNA results
DNA results
OverallHey, so I finally got my DNA results back and to be honest, I wasn't really surprised by them. I thought it was pretty neat to see what makes me who I am. Checking out my family tree was a rollercoaster of emotions - some parts were super interesting to learn about, but others were kinda sad. Overall, though, I had a lot of fun going on this journey of discovery.
DNA test purchase
DNA test purchase
OverallI recently got myself one of those DNA tests from a popular genealogy company to dig into my ethnic background a bit more. I've always known about my Puerto Rican roots, so I was pretty excited to see if there were any surprises waiting for me. The results turned out to be pretty surprising and also kinda funny, showing me some new parts of my ancestry that I never would've expected. Thanks to this test, I now have a better grasp on my family history and can explore some new cultural identities.
DNA test and family history research
DNA test and family history research
OverallI decided to give the DNA test and family history research services a try, eh, and I gotta say, I was totally amazed by all the info I uncovered about myself and my family. Ancestry really is chock full of data that helped me piece things together and delve into my roots. The DNA test results opened my eyes and gave me a brand new outlook on my heritage. I would definitely suggest ancestry to any folks wanting to learn more about where they come from, for sure.
About ancestry
Ancestry is an American genealogy company that provides individuals with resources to trace their family history and genetic lineage. Founded in 1983, it began as a publishing company for family history books and genealogical magazine subscriptions. Over the years, Ancestry shifted its business model towards digital services, launching its website in 1996 to offer access to billions of historical records and family trees. The company further expanded its services with the introduction of DNA testing in 2012, allowing users to explore their genetic ancestry and find biological relatives. Ancestry's comprehensive archives include census records, vital records, military records, and more, making it one of the largest sources for genealogical research.
