Harney & Sons - Reviews and experiences

Just wanted to share my recent experience with this tea company. I splurged a bit on their products, only to find out that the tea I bought went on sale right after I placed my order. I thought, no big deal, I'll just ask customer service for a credit. But they turned me down not once, but twice! Super frustrating and disappointing. I've been a loyal customer, buying stuff from them a bunch of times, so I expected better treatment. Instead, I was met with resistance and felt like they didn't get where I was coming from at all. Not cool. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm probably going to shop somewhere else from now on.

I had a really bad experience with this company, eh. I made an order and then realized I needed to cancel it within 3 minutes, right after I placed it. So, I got in touch with customer service right away, but they wouldn't cancel my order, eh. I thought it was totally ridiculous and absurd, eh. Their inflexibility and lack of understanding really ticked me off and left me super frustrated and disappointed. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
